I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where I’m focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up.
Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and I’m always looking for ways to stay connected.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Curtis Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
